I had a great auto service experience at Greico Chevrolet in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Service Manager Jonathan Cardoza was excellent with his maintenance recommendations when I asked them to see if oil was leaking from the vehicle, i.e., they used a dye to see if there was an oil leak then found the leaks and fixed them. The service/maintenance team also recommended additional services that were needed for the engine based on observations when repairing the oil leak. 3 months and now 11 additional days into trying to get a refund for sales tax and registration fees I paid to the dealership and also to my local DMV ofice. I cannot get anyone from the GM, Sales Dep't. or the Titles and registration dept to return a call. What will it finally take to get this resolved. I have sent in all receipts and they still will not refund these fees. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Worst experience I have had a dealership in 40 years of buying cars. It is now 3 months after purchase and the stealership owes me money for State Sales Tax and registration fees I paid to them and also to my state after I requested the paperwork from the Dealership. After 10 weeks I requested they send me the paperwork so I could handle the registration and title work in my state. Even with the trade-in in a bit back-and-forth with Finance in a good way, bernard was super patient and super helpful and I appreciate all the time he spent with me today.

We purchased a 2023 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Z71 Duramax from Grieco Chevrolet in Fort Lauderdale on June 2, 2023 for about $70,000. Unfortunately, our experience since then has been extremely stressful and financially damaging.
About one month after purchasing the truck, while traveling from Florida to Virginia, we experienced serious brake problems on I-95. We stopped at a Chevrolet dealer in South Carolina for an emergency inspection but were told nothing was wrong. When we returned to Florida, a Chevrolet dealer in Cape Coral also said the computer showed no issues.

It’s unfortunate that the leadership at this dealership does not respect or take care of their customers. I am beyond frustrated with repeatedly receiving sales calls while my vehicle is in for service, pressuring me to buy my car and sell me another—behavior that feels like used-car salesmanship and is completely unprofessional.
This has been an ongoing issue. I have explicitly asked more than four times to never be called again, yet the calls continue. This shows a total disregard for customer requests and basic professionalism.

We used to buy cars every year — never again. This dealership has turned into the worst experience imaginable. The service department is rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in communication. We have on video the service guy, Allen, saying “f*** you” to us in front of other customers — absolutely unacceptable behavior. It’s shocking that management allows this level of disrespect. After months of issues and empty promises, we’re done. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from Grieco Chevrolet.

I brought my Chevy Traverse in for routine maintenance and had a great experience at the Chevy service center. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently. A shout-out to Allen, my service advisor—he was helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. He took the time to explain what my vehicle needed. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the entire staff was courteous and respectful.

We had a 1:00 appointment. Yes “appointment” on a Tuesday afternoon, and we waited 2.5 hours!! We booked the appointment around 9:30am that same day. So they knew that they were running behind when we booked. And they didn’t give us the courtesy to let us know. Additionally, everyone we interacted with acted like they hated their life and like we were an annoyance to them just for showing up. We’ll never be back, and I highly advise against anyone wasting their time with this crappy dealership.

I scheduled an appointment expecting to wait the estimated one to one and a half hours. However, I ended up waiting three hours without any prior notice or updates. During this time, I noticed other clients who arrived after me were attended to and left before I even received any information about my vehicle.

I brought my Chevy Cruze LT 2017 for a check engine lights the service advisor who check the car stated it was simple to solve the problem. After he did a diagnostic of my vehicle I had several issues on my vehicle , he changed parts that was not supposed to be changed it cost a lot of money to get the car repaired. The maintenance time was better than expected, the waiting are has a charging zone where I was able to work on my computer while waiting for my car. My service advisor: 3419, was very diligent in double checking for me my Fidelity maintenance coverage, he also explained me very well the additional or extra maintenance checks that were required, giving me the flexibility to choose the more important ones based on some factors, he was very clear in his explanation and he definitely is doing a great job!

Sticker shock from the work needed was one thing, but these guys made dropping off the vehicle and picking it up a breeze! Non responsive, lied about service done, not trustworthy. All they are out for is the sale. Try contacting them after, not so much as a call, text or email. Never would I recommend them and never will I go here again.
The car has been in the care of the same service advisor since it was manufactured. Jonathan Cardoza is meticulous with all aspects of the car maintenance. He provides regular updates by phone/text on the maintenance whether routine or unexpected maintenance. I have a third party extended warranty known to be difficult to work with; Jonathan has been able to put through claims twice, more than paying for the warranty coverage.
The dealership staff and management were very friendly and professional.. And they were very fast.

I took my vehicle in for oil change. The customer service that I received was amazing. They answered all the questions was being done with my vehicle. If anything had to be fixed they had everything right there laid out with me. The pricing was amazing. The customer service amazing the facility, clean and amazing thank God for these guys at Greco Chevrolet Fort Lauderdale.
