Jonathan the service rep was excellent with us! He always responded to our phone calls and worked hard with the warranty company to get them to pay the full amount . Bravo Jonathan ! Excellent customer service !!

Initial contact was flawless. Then service consultant could not reach the insurance company for 9 days(although I was able to contact them before bringing the car in then on the 8th day again, following by a call to the service advisor to get more information about the problems he seem to have) The problem reappear again at time to release the car with the advisor reaching the insurance. Finally,when I picked up the suv, the oil remaining showd 62% after 500 miles, I asked the to reset as visual showed full. The tire psi was at 40 where it should have been at 35. Asked to see the Mgr(?), Jonathan turned out the most horrible customer service skills I have ever encounter.

It was good I had know Problem with any one car runs great. Thank you

That Service Manager came from a dealership in Palm Beach County to the Ft Lauderdale dealership. HE IS MR. RON WILLIAMS. I can't say enough about how much he cares about customers. To the point I don't mind one bit driving 80 miles round trip from western Palm Beach County!!!!! Mr. Williams introduced me to Service Writer Mr. Jonathan CARDOZA who talked me thru each detail I needed to TRUST my 2018 Grand Sport Corvette for servicing and electrical issues to GREICO Chevy Ft. Lauderdale. Mr. CARDOZA was a TRUE PROFESSIONAL!!!!! I can’t remember the name of the Corvette Technician Mr. Williams & MR. Cardoza introduced me to, but this gentleman talked with me and answered EVERY QUESTION I had and made me feel HE was the professional technician I wanted taking care of my vehicle which is my retirement gift to myself!!! KUDOS!!! GREAT PROFESSIONALS ALL AROUND!!!

They got me in on the same day I called which was great because we weren't from Ft Lauderdale. A little more expensive than other dealer shops. Very professional and friendly staff.

I had a great auto service experience at Greico Chevrolet in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Service Manager Jonathan Cardoza was excellent with his maintenance recommendations when I asked them to see if oil was leaking from the vehicle, i.e., they used a dye to see if there was an oil leak then found the leaks and fixed them. The service/maintenance team also recommended additional services that were needed for the engine based on observations when repairing the oil leak. Jonathan kept me in the loop daily on their ordering additional parts to make the additional repairs, the timeline to receive them and first got my approval to do the additional services after communicating the costs of parts and labor. My 2016 Chevrolet Equinox drives like it's brand new, and I'm completely satisfied with the customer service and work completed on my vehicle! Again, Jonathan was excellent with his pleasant customer service and communication. Thanks, Kevin M.

3 months and now 11 additional days into trying to get a refund for sales tax and registration fees I paid to the dealership and also to my local DMV ofice. I cannot get anyone from the GM, Sales Dep't. or the Titles and registration dept to return a call. What will it finally take to get this resolved. I have sent in all receipts and they still will not refund these fees. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Aldo Camargo was a pleasure to work with. Came in looking for a new truck to replace my last one. After arriving at the dealership was greeted by Aldo once we arrived, asking if he can help any way. Told Aldo what I was looking for in the ranges and this was my second time buying a vehicle. Aldo was straight forward and honest the whole process. Scheduled my test drive with him, and he was willing to come in on his day off to get the test drive done with him. Aldo definitely earned my business if not for him being straight forward and honest I probably would still be looking for a new vehicle. Definitely recommend working with Aldo Camargo for your vehicle needs, definitely made my business with Grieco better than my first time with my last truck. The assistant sales manager was a different story, that if not for Aldo I would of walked away

Worst experience I have had a dealership in 40 years of buying cars. It is now 3 months after purchase and the stealership owes me money for State Sales Tax and registration fees I paid to them and also to my state after I requested the paperwork from the Dealership. After 10 weeks I requested they send me the paperwork so I could handle the registration and title work in my state. They did not send me a check for the fees I paid them so I had to pay them again to my state. I have been texting and leaving voicemails with my sales person, Jaime Remond as well as the General Manager from the Dealership. Neither will return a call or respond to my request. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
