Very easy process from booking the appointment online to completing the service. My Service Advisor, Allen Di' Castro, was great to work with. He was upfront, respected my time, and made it a perfect experience.

The maintenance time was better than expected, the waiting are has a charging zone where I was able to work on my computer while waiting for my car. My service advisor: 3419, was very diligent in double checking for me my Fidelity maintenance coverage, he also explained me very well the additional or extra maintenance checks that were required, giving me the flexibility to choose the more important ones based on some factors, he was very clear in his explanation and he definitely is doing a great job!

Small hiccup at the beginning (I arrived too early), but the work was done quickly and the even installed a cabin filter I purchased somewhere else. Allen was great!
